Scheduling Information & Payment
JKC uses Online Therapy as our platform for meeting with clients. We offer telehealth sessions for our clients whether it is family counseling, individual counseling or life coaching. We are happy to provide the help you need from the comfort of your home!
We partner with TheraNest for clients to set up their client portal. On the portal you can schedule appointments, fill out intake paperwork, and pay for sessions. Upon calling or emailing to get scheduled you will be sent a link to set up your personal client portal.
We have a cancellation and no show policy. If a client does not cancel their appointment 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time, they will still be charged the full fee amount. If a client does not show for their appointment, the client will still be charged the full fee amount.
JKC only accepts credit card, debit card (Mastercard and VISA), HSA accounts and American Express payments. Depending on your health insurance you can seek reimbursement for getting mental health services when using self pay. We can provide you with receipts for each transaction so that you can send it to your insurance. Each health insurance plan is different, please contact your insurance to see if they allow this, we do not guarantee this. We do require a credit card to be kept on file in the event of a late cancellation or no show. This information can be filled out in the client portal.
